REPROGRAM ("the app") is built by Flow Ai Chat LLC. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what the app needs to work, we don't sell your data, and we don't show ads.
Account information. Your email address, password (stored securely by our authentication provider — we never see it in plain text), and the display name you choose.
Progress data. Your daily disciplines, skill blocks, streaks, skills and hours practiced, Character Capital (an in-app symbolic score with no monetary value), your Future Self statement, and challenge participation. This is the core content of the app and syncs to your account so you don't lose it.
Connections. If you connect with other users via invite codes, we store those connections. Your accepted connections see your daily pillar completion and challenge activity — that's the point of Teams.
Visible to other REPROGRAM users. Some of your profile is readable by anyone using the app, not only by connections you have accepted: your display name, profile photo, current and best streak, and Character Capital total. Treat these as public within REPROGRAM. What you actually did each day — your disciplines, skills, hours, goals and Future Self statement — is not included, and is shared only as described above.
Waitlist. If you join the waitlist, we store the email you submit, used only to contact you about access.
Device notifications. If you enable notifications, a push token for your device may be stored so the app can send you challenge and reminder notifications.
If you set a profile photo it is uploaded to our storage so your teammates' apps can display it on the roster. The link to that image is not access-controlled, so anyone holding it can view the photo — please don't use one you would mind being seen. Deleting your account deletes the stored image.
Any custom audio you import (such as wake-up affirmations) is stored only on your device. It is never uploaded to our servers.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not show ads. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
Account and progress data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Row-level security controls what each account can read: your progress data — disciplines, skills, hours, goals and your Future Self statement — is readable only by you and by the accepted connections described above. The basic profile fields listed earlier (display name, profile photo, streaks and Character Capital) are readable by any signed-in REPROGRAM user.
You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app (Profile → Delete account). You can also email us at developer@flowaichat.com and we'll delete it for you.
REPROGRAM is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
